ŞTİ. will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 6 months of receipt of items from the ORIGINAL purchaser/buyer of our products. We offer an exclusive 24-Month warranty with all new pre-preg/dry carbon fibre product purchases.

Warranty Conditions (12 Months) 

Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:

• A professional body shop has fitted the product(s) correctly to your vehicle. 
• The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
• The defect hasn’t been caused due to previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
• The product in question is a genuine BYC Performance item.
• You are the ORIGINAL purchaser of any item; we CANNOT honour warranty on products that have changed hands (For example purchasing a vehicle with our kit pre-fitted)

If your pre-preg carbon fibre product was not fitted by a professional body shop then we unfortunately cannot approve warranty claims.

Warranty Returns

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping if we do not send a return label; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. 
Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect BYC Otomotiv E-Ticaret İthalat ve İhracat LTD. ŞTİ. to process your warranty claim within 7 days. 
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: 

• Refund to your payment method 
• A refund in store credit
• A replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
