Installation Notes

Installing the BMW G20 carbon grille is a direct replacement of the factory part. Professional installation is recommended:

1. Without removing the front bumper, access the rear clips of the grille from below (open the lower under-tray if needed).
2. Release the OEM grille clips one by one.
3. Carefully transfer the ACC radar and camera module to the new carbon grille.
4. Position the new carbon grille at the clip points and press until seated.
5. Verify all sensor connectors are firmly attached.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface. Use a carbon-safe cleaner for bug splatter and tar.

FAQ

Does this fit the G20 LCI (2023+)?
No. G20 LCI facelift has a noticeably larger grille geometry. A separate carbon grille for the LCI is available in our catalog.

Does it work with ACC radar and camera?
Yes. OEM sensor cutouts and mounting points are preserved; active safety systems are unaffected.

Compatible with 320i, 330i and M340i?
Yes. This grille fits all G20 Sedan gasoline (320i, 330i, M340i, 330e) and diesel (320d, 330d) engine variants.

Is this the same as the BMW M3 G80?
No. The M3 G80 uses a wider and taller grille design; a separate M3 G80 carbon grille is available in our catalog.

Will it fit without the M Sport bumper?
Yes. Grille opening geometry is identical across all trims (Luxury Line, Sport Line, M Sport).

Will rain damage the dry carbon grille?
