Installation Notes

The BMW F80 / F82 carbon front fender requires full removal of the OEM fender and installation of the new shell. Professional installation recommended:

1. Loosen the front bumper and headlight units.
2. Remove the OEM aluminum fender and pull out the side marker lamp.
3. Set the new carbon fender in place, preserving the inner wheel arch clips.
4. Before final torque, align door and hood gaps to OEM lines.
5. Reinstall the side marker into the new fender.
6. Torque all fasteners in sequence to the manufacturer's recommended torque.

Care & Maintenance

Use pH-neutral car shampoo. Keep pressure washer nozzles at least 30 cm away. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months.
