Installation Notes

Installing the BMW G80 / G82 carbon CSL grille is a direct replacement of the factory grille:

1. Open the hood and remove the upper front bumper clips.
2. Detach the OEM grille from clips and lower screws.
3. Carefully remove the ACC radar module while protecting its connector.
4. Test-fit the carbon grille for alignment.
5. Mount the ACC radar module into the new grille's integrated cutout.
6. Seat the grille into its clips and secure with screws.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface.
