Installation Notes

Fender installation is a professional job; front bumper and headlight removal may be required:

1. Remove the front bumper and headlight (and inner fender liner if needed).
2. Unbolt the OEM steel fender.

4. Secure using OEM bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
5. Verify door gap and headlight line alignment.
6. Reinstall the bumper and headlight.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface.
