Installation Notes

Hood installation requires professional fitting:

1. Secure the vehicle on level ground, prop the hood open.
2. Remove the stock hood hinge bolts, disconnect any sensor/washer lines.
3. Mount the new carbon hood on the hinges, align with bumper and fenders.
4. Torque the hinge bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
5. Adjust hood gap and flush against bumper and fenders.
6. Verify the air vents align with engine bay openings.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm away. Never quench a hot hood with cold water after track use.

No. E60 V10 NA has different hood and hinge geometry.

Does it fit the F90?
No. F90 is the next-generation S63B44T4 evolution.

Are the vents functional or just decorative?

What's the difference between the three F10 hood variants?
