Installation Notes

1. Open the fuel filler door.
2. Detach the OEM outer shell from the spindle/bolt system.
3. Mount the carbon shell on the same spindle.
4. Torque hardware to the manufacturer's recommended torque (note shell thickness).
5. Open and close the cap to verify smooth operation.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Wipe fuel splashes with microfiber; long fuel contact can affect resin surface.
