Installation Notes

Installation requires removing the original hood and refitting on the OEM hinges. Professional installation is strictly required.

1. Support the hood in open position and remove the gas struts.
2. Disconnect washer hoses and detach the insulating mat from the OEM hood.
3. Loosen hinge bolts and lift off the original hood (two people required).
4. Align the carbon hood on the hinges with hardware loosely fitted.
5. Set even gaps to bumper, headlights, and fenders, balanced left-to-right.
6. Tighten hinge bolts in stages to the manufacturer's recommended torque. Refit washer hoses and any insulation.
7. Verify safety catch and primary latch function correctly.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface. Periodically check and clean the inner vent surfaces.
