Installation Notes

Installing the BMW G20 carbon vented fenders requires removing OEM fender panels. Professional installation is strongly recommended:

1. Remove front bumper, headlight and front wheel.
2. Detach the inner fender liner.
3. Remove the original fender bolts and pull the OEM panel.
4. Transfer the side marker light to the new carbon fender.
5. Align the carbon fender and secure with factory hardware to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
6. Check panel gaps and align with adjacent body panels.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface. Clean dust and debris from vent channels with a soft brush.
