Installation Notes

Professional installation is recommended:

1. Turn the vehicle off and allow mirror heating to cool.
2. Carefully lift the OEM mirror cap from the lower clip points with a plastic trim tool.
3. If equipped with turn signal, gently disconnect the lamp connector.
4. Seat the carbon cap in place and verify all clips are fully engaged.
5. Reconnect the turn signal connector (if applicable).
6. Repeat on the opposite side.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from the surface.

Does this fit pre-facelift R8 (2006-2012)?
