Installation Notes

Professional installation is recommended:

1. Loosen the OEM sideblade clip points near the door frame with a soft plastic trim tool.
2. Remove the sideblade and clean the mounting surface with IPA.
3. Dry-fit the carbon sideblade for alignment.
4. Reseat clips and tighten supplied hardware to the manufacturer's recommended torque.
5. Verify the upper duct edge aligns flush with the door frame.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from the surface.

FAQ

Does this fit Audi R8 Gen 2 (2015-2024)?
No. Gen 1 and Gen 2 have different side-panel geometry. Gen 2 does not have a sideblade structure.

Compatible with Audi R8 Spyder (convertible)?
Yes. The Spyder Gen 1 shares the same sideblade geometry as the Coupé.

Can I buy left or right side separately?
This product ships as a pair (left + right) by default. Contact customer service for single-side orders.

Difference between R8 V8 4.2 and V10 5.2?
No fitment difference. The sideblade geometry is identical across all Gen 1 trims.
