Installation Notes

Installing the BMW M2 G87 carbon slim spoiler uses 3M VHB tape only — no drilling or screws required:

1. Thoroughly clean and dry the trailing edge of the trunk lid with isopropyl alcohol.
2. Dry-fit the spoiler for alignment; mark side reference points.
3. Peel the 3M VHB protective backing in strips while positioning.
4. Press the spoiler firmly from the center outward toward both ends.
5. Do not wash the car for 24 hours after installation — adhesive needs time to fully bond.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface.

What's the difference between the slim spoiler and a CSL spoiler?
