Installation Notes

TC hood installation involves removing the OEM hood and bolting the carbon hood to the same hinges. Professional installation is recommended.

1. Open the hood and secure the support strut.
2. Disconnect the washer line and any hood sensors.
3. Loosen hinge bolts (two-person lift recommended).
4. Align the carbon hood to the hinge points and finger-tighten bolts.
5. Verify open/close alignment and bumper/fender gaps.
6. Torque bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque and reconnect the washer line.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface.
