A front lip plays a critical role in the rear-engine 911's aerodynamics: it routes air under the bumper to increase front-axle downforce and feeds clean air to the side canards. Fits all Carrera bumpers from the 991.1 Carrera 3.4L/3.8L NA flat-six to the 991.2 Carrera 3.0L twin-turbo and the 580 hp Turbo S. Autoclave-cured dry carbon is noticeably lighter than wet-lay parts plus excellent UV resistance.

Installation Notes

Clean the front bumper lower edge with isopropyl alcohol.

Dry-fit the lip under the front bumper and align.

Install supplied screws at the indicated points (typically 6-8 anchors).

Remove the 3M VHB liner and press the lip firmly into place.

Avoid washing the car for 24 hours.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer 30 cm away. The lip leading edge is exposed to road debris — PPF (paint protection film) is recommended.

FAQ

Does this fit the 992 (2020+)?
No. 992-generation front bumper geometry is different.

Does this fit the 997?
No. The 997 is the previous generation.

Compatible with Turbo / GT3?
No. Turbo, Turbo S, GT3, GT3 RS, and GT2 RS have different front bumpers vs. Carrera.

Compatible with Cabriolet and Targa?
