Installation Notes

1. Carefully pry the OEM cap from its lower edge to release the clips.
2. Align the new forged carbon cap with the housing clips.
3. Press into place starting from the top edge.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months to maintain the depth of the forged pattern. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm away.

Does this fit the 992 (2020+)?
No. 992-generation mirror housing geometry is different.

Does this fit the 997?
No. The 997 is the previous generation and uses a different mirror design.

2x2 twill shows a uniform woven pattern; forged carbon shows a marbled, random pattern unique to every part. Both can be produced with prepreg resin.
