• The TC Front Upper Lip is a separate SKU mounted on the upper section of the bumper, above the grille. This lower lip mounts at the very bottom; geometries are entirely different and the parts do not replace each other.

Installation Notes

Urus TC front lower lip installation uses a clip + 3M VHB tape combination. Professional installation is strongly recommended; symmetry at the lower bumper corners is critical.

1. Raise the vehicle and remove front bumper underbody screws and the factory lower panel.
2. Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let dry.
3. Ensure surface temperature is above 15°C.
4. Dry-fit the lower lip; measure left/right symmetry and verify parallel-to-ground angle.
5. Activate the 3M tape in stages and engage the clips.
6. Torque bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque and avoid washing for the first 24 hours.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface. Be mindful of speed bumps; the lower lip is the closest part to the ground.
