• The TC Front Lower Lip is a separate SKU mounted at the very bottom edge of the bumper (splitter position). This upper lip mounts on the upper section, above the grille; geometries are entirely different and the parts do not replace each other.

Installation Notes

Urus TC front upper lip installation uses a clip + 3M VHB tape combination. Professional installation is recommended; symmetry along the grille line is critical.

1. Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and let dry.
2. Ensure surface temperature is above 15°C.
3. Dry-fit the upper lip; verify the angle parallel to the grille line and left/right symmetry.
4. Activate the 3M tape in stages and engage the clips.
5. Torque bolts to the manufacturer's recommended torque and avoid washing for the first 24 hours.

Care & Maintenance

Wash with pH-neutral car shampoo. Apply carbon-safe sealant every 6 months. Keep pressure washer nozzle at least 30 cm from surface. Clean bug residue with a soft sponge.
